We love this place! The staff is very friendly and sweet to my kids every time we go in making them feel special. The food is large portioned and tastes amazing! We have tried other steak houses that just aren't the same. Though the prices are high it's a nice treat every now and again.

I used to come here a lot bc it had the best hibachi near me. Not anymore. I ordered the clear soup and there was a moldy piece of shaved zucchini in mine.
Also another customer had grease drip down onto her menu. Her plate was right underneath. -

Japanese style teppanyaki/hibachi is my favorite special meal. This was a Nice dinner to end my short weekend getaway. Not my favorite or the best of this type restaurant in my opinion, but the service was great and the portions huge as expected. The appetizer soup was delicious and the house ginger is probably the best I've had. It was a tad bit more expensive than I'm used to, but not more than I was willing to pay for the quality and quantity. ($40 steak and shrimp with a drink and tip)

A very enjoyable night for our group of 20 at Osaka. We took up 2 hibachi grills. We had 2 very good hibachi chefs. The food was good and of course, we had a the onion volcano, flames and grill show. It's a nice place located next to Starbucks in Kingstowne. The service was good especially for our big group.

Compared to other Japanese Steakhouses like Sakura & Tokyo this one is sub par at best.
The food is not very flavorful in my opinion.
I ordered teriyaki chicken with friend rice. The chicken was dry as a bone. No teriyaki sauce in sight! Veggies don't even have mushrooms... just a bunch of soggy zucchini slices. I had to drown my food in soy sauce to get some actual flavor going. For these prices, the portions are not what is usually given at these style restaurants. Also never ever have I had to pay for fried rice. That's not even that yummy might I add. The yum yum sauce is also a weird off brand tasting yum yum. Overall, disappointing. This is based solely on price and flavor.
The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant.
